What is this almost dead centre? Does anyone know?

I have found a new structure this week in the north part of richat.

I have mapped the artifacts here https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit#map=16/21.2078/-11.4231, this week.

Since it is located in the external water zone, may be it was a harbour infrastructure.
